We primarily use Seiko NH35, NH36, and NH34 automatic movements — proven, serviceable, and reliable. We do not use cheap quartz movements in our mechanical builds. Movement caliber is always listed in the product specs.
Our average build time is 14 days. This covers hand-assembly, regulation, a 48-hour testing period, and packaging. Sold-out items typically have a ~1-month lead time — we will confirm before you pay.
Yes. All finished Bexford watches include a 1-year warranty covering assembly defects and movement issues. Normal wear, water damage from an open crown, or user modifications are not covered.
Yes. Diver models use screw-down crowns and casebacks and are pressure-tested before shipping. The Sentinel is rated to 100m / 330ft. Always ensure the crown is fully screwed before water exposure.

Sold-out items remain visible in the catalog with an "Inquire to Order" option. Use the contact form to start a custom order — we will give you a firm lead time and hold your spot.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unmodified items in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return, contact us with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where and how to send your item. Please do not send a return without contacting us first.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or we made an error with your order. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue the refund to the original payment method.
Made-to-order and custom builds are final sale unless they arrive defective or there is an issue with the build.
Yes. We ship both within the United States and internationally. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
We accept all major credit cards via Shopify Payments. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify's checkout.
